Are there? My daughter loves this company, so I ordered the ball stud earrings and a necklace for her birthday. The quality of the products is wonderful; it’s great to have jewelry that can withstand the gym! However, customer service made this a more frustrating experience than it should have been. As a first-time customer, I clicked on the “Buy 2 get 1 free” link, but the discount wasn’t calculated at check out. I emailed several times to inquire (no phone number) and did not receive a response. I finally got response after one more email today stating an item was refunded with no explanation regarding former emails. We love supporting small businesses, but as someone who worked in customer service, I know how far a timely, personal response to an email(s) goes.
