I need that policy because I just purchased the heart chain and the clasp doesn’t close all the way. The necklace is super cute and luckily the chain fell into my shirt instead of getting lost.

I’ve emailed the only 2 addresses on OXB’s website about a dozen times with no reply. They keep being returned as undeliverable. I have yet to receive my purchase over a month later, so I’m now going to have to dispute the issue with my credit card company. There’s no way to get a hold of anyone which is beyond unfortunate.

Not the right size for me or wrong size was sent. I sent a separate email but overall very good quality.
